Overview:

Our replacement and refund and returns policy lasts 3 days since you received the order. If 3 days have passed, we can’t offer you a replacement or refund or return.

 

Replacement:

We only replace products if they are defective or damaged or received a product other than what you ordered, we will replace it for the same product you ordered.

In case you received a defective or damaged product or received a product other than what you ordered, to complete your replacement, we require a proof of purchase.

Please at the same moment take a several clear photos of the product you received and show us its current status, then E-mail us at “support@es-mart.store” and write the order details and the receiving and delivery date, and don’t forget to add the photos to the E-mail attachments, our support team will check the product status and E-mail you for the replacement process.

 

Returns:

Only if you received a different product other than you ordered, and you don’t want to replace it,

to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and not opened, to complete your return, we require a proof of purchase.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of your payment, within a few days after the product approving.

 

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

 

Shipping returns:

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
